Leadership

Kyle Granowski

President & CEO, R3 Sustainability

Kyle Granowski founded R3 Sustainability in 2022 and serves as the President and CEO. Prior to founding R3, Kyle served in various roles focused on social infrastructure investments for middle market and mega infrastructure funds including ERA Capital Partners ($700 million in assets under management), CVC DIF ($19 billion in assets undermanagement), and Partners Group ($180 billion in assets under management).

Kyle received an MS in Finance and BSBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Denver. He lives in Colorado with his wife and three kids.

Matthew Kleiman

Co-Founder & CEO, Cumulus Quality

Matthew Kleiman is the co-founder & CEO of Cumulus Quality Execution, a technology platform that leverages AI-powered workflows and field ready IoT to provide real-time visibility of mission critical work activities. Matt and his co-founders launched Cumulus in 2018 as a spin-out from Shell TechWorks; its technology now serves users across a wide range of industries, including data canters, semiconductor fabrication, energy, transportation, and water infrastructure.

Matt speaks and writes widely on the topics of industrial quality control, digital transformation, systems thinking, and corporate innovation; and he authored the 2023 book, Work Done Right: Using Systems Thinking to Guide Your Digital Transformation. Matt lives outside of Boston, Massachusetts, where he enjoys spending time with his family, scuba diving, and skiing.

Pascal Ray

Founder & CEO, Blu Clarity

Pascal Ray brings 37 years of insurance underwriting expertise to the development of innovative risk transfer solutions. His credentials include serving as a Lloyd’s Coverholder for Lloyd’s of London and contributing underwriting expertise to insurers across the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and Bermuda. Throughout his career, Pascal has specialized in complex risk assessment and the management of complex risk exposures. His extensive experience includes significant contributions as a Contract Underwriter at prominent firms such as Marsh, Aon, and Willis.

Pascal is a recognized advocate for innovation within the insurance industry, championing the adoption of technology and new business models to address emerging environmental challenges. Pascal’s team is actively engaged in the offset markets, pioneering innovative approaches to carbon and water offsets and accountability programs.
